Fuda

1. Acceptance

By using Fuda, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Fuda is a food decision assistant that suggests meals, drinks, snacks, restaurants, and delivery options. We do not prepare, sell, or deliver food. We redirect you to third-party services (supermarkets, delivery platforms, restaurants) to complete purchases.

3. Account

You may use Fuda as a guest or create an account with your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

4. Affiliate relationships

When you are redirected to a supermarket or delivery platform (e.g., Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Thuisbezorgd), we may earn a referral fee. This does not affect the price you pay. Recommendations are based on your preferences and learning data, not affiliate relationships.

5. Dietary and health disclaimer

Fuda provides food suggestions based on your stated preferences and publicly available product data. We are not a medical or nutritional service. Always verify ingredients and allergen information before consuming food, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. We are not liable for adverse reactions caused by inaccurate product data from third-party sources.

6. Limitation of liability

Fuda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of restaurant, product, or recipe data. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the amount you paid for the service (if any).

7. Intellectual property

Recipe content, product data, and restaurant information may be sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. The Fuda application, design, and algorithms are our intellectual property.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
